At this class we move to arrive at ourselves, to perceive what is happening inside us. We move to connect to each other, to the world, to give space for feelings and patterns that lie dormant in our bodies to come to the surface. We move to get out of our usual circles and find new paths. \nThis arrival is supported with simple exercises, but nothing is mandatory. It’s ok to rest, to lie down, to move slowly, to jump and let go of the tensions of the day. Every class has space and time for dancing freely without instructions.\n \nAnd there is also an opportunity to express yourself in drawing: at every class There’s a piece of paper on the wall, on which you can freely draw while dancing, allowing the lines to be born from your movements on the paper.\nYou don’t need any dance training or knowledge, come as you are!\n \nLOCATION:\nJurányi House, room 100 of the Workshop Foundation. \nYou have to enter the building through the door closer to Varsányi Irén Street and go up to the fourth floor.
