DESCRIPTION:This class is about life force.The kind of life force that keeps flowing through us even when we’re tired, when it’s winter, when we’d honestly prefer to hibernate. \nThe raw power of simplicity.The support of being rooted.The body contains, the ground holds — and it is from this sense of being held that truly free movement can arise.\nThis class is an invitation to return to your body:to that living, sensing, pulsing being through which life flows — where the wild, the raw, and the instinctive are just as valid gateways to wholeness as the quiet, the soft, and the refined.\n\nWe work with the tools of Movement Medicine™:• weight, ground, and gravity• rhythm and impulse• the intelligence of instinctive movement\nall within a spacious, permissive field.You are welcome to rest, to lie down, to move slowly, to jump, to shake out the tensions of the past days. Each class also includes time and space for free dance without instructions.\n\nThere is also an opportunity for expression through drawing:in every class, there is a sheet of paper on the wall where you are free to draw while dancing, allowing lines to emerge directly from your movement.\nNo dance experience or prior knowledge is needed — come exactly as you are.\nThere is no need to register in advance for these classes.If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch.\n\nLOCATION:Jurányi House, Workshop Foundation, Studio 100.Enter through the door closer to Varsányi Irén Street and come up to the 4th floor.
