What has been waiting quietly all winter now begins to grow, to tingle, to open.This Sisterhood is an invitation to that stirring – to meet what is alive in us right now, and to let it bloom.\nFor the first time, I’m weaving together in a group space the methodologies I’ve been working with separately until now:– Movement Medicine™, a free dance-based movement meditation drawing from shamanic traditions;– VITA™ (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) somatic intimacy coaching;– and the oldest companion in my work, always present in the background – visual art.\nWhat can you expect?Through dance, breathwork, verbal practices, inner energy work, and gentle self-touch, we explore what it feels like when what we desire becomes a living creative force in the body.\nAt the January Inner Year workshop, we practiced sitting quietly with our desires, letting them ripen.
