DESCRIPTION:SISTERHOOD – SensualityAn embodied journey for women into sensuality as a resource\n\nWe can all recall moments like this – when something simple and sensory reached all the way in. The touch of sun on skin, soft sand under bare feet, a taste or a scent that, just for a moment, made everything feel full.\n\nOur senses don’t only connect us to the world around us. They are gateways inward, too. Into the body, into presence, into aliveness. And beyond that: into what we so often limit to s:xuality alone: a living, nourishing pleasure that is available far more often than most of us allow ourselves. In everyday life, not only in s:xual contexts.And the reverse is equally true: the more we open to simple sensory pleasures in daily life, the more present we can be in our bodies during s:x as well — and our s:xual experiences become far richer for it. Presence in the body gives so much more than any technique ever could.This afternoon we explore all of this together, working with:– Movement Medicine™ – a free dance-based movement meditation drawing from shamanic traditions– VITA™ (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) – somatic, trauma-aware intimacy coaching– and the oldest companion in my work, always present in the background: visual art\n\nThere will be dance, verbal and somatic practices, and gentle energy work. We work with our beliefs around sensuality and discover how our senses nourish the nervous system, how they bring us back into the body, how they ground our sensuality – and ultimately, our aliveness.\n\nAll of this held in a safe, supportive women’s space.No previous dance or art experience needed, come as you are.\n\nWHEN: 31 May 2026, Sunday, 1:00–8:00 pm\n\nLOCATION: Jurányi Ház, Műhely Foundation, Room 100.
