As the wheel of the year turns, we pause for a moment between the past and the new that is preparing to be born. This quiet winter season calls us inward: to rest, to listen, to dream, before we begin to act.
EMBODY YOUR DREAMS is a weekend journey into the fertile inner space where desire, vision and renewal slowly begin to wake. Through dance, breath, verbal and somatic practices, inner energy work and creative expression, we explore what it is like to turn toward our dreams from embodied presence. Not to make New Year’s resolutions, but to remember what we truly long for.

– dance: Movement Medicine™, a free-dance-based movement meditation rooted in shamanic traditions
– breathwork: VITA™ (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach)
