Just Dance

Everything that lives moves. It may be invisible, but something moves in it. And we move to arrive at ourselves, to sense what is happening within us. We move to connect with each other, with the world, to give space for feelings and patterns that lie deep within our bodies to surface. We move to step out of our usual circles and find new paths.
There are no exercises in this class, just music, dance, breath, community – and maybe a few short invitations.
And on the wall is paper, on which you can freely draw while dancing, letting the lines on the paper be born from your movements.
No dance training or knowledge is necessary, come as you are!
VENUE:
Jurányi House, Room 100 of the Műhely Foundation.
You have to enter the building through the door closer to Varsányi Irén utca and go up to the fourth floor. The room is to the right of the elevator.
CONTRIBUTION: one-time 6,000 HUF
You cannot buy a rental from me, but already purchased passes can be used for this class.
