MOVING WORLD

Everything that lives moves. It may be invisible, but something is moving inside. At this class we move to arrive at ourselves, to perceive what is happening inside us. We move to connect to each other, to the world, to give space for feelings and patterns that lie dormant in our bodies to come to the surface. We move to get out of our usual circles and find new paths. 

This arrival is supported with simple exercises, but nothing is mandatory. It’s ok to rest, to lie down, to move slowly, to jump and let go of the tensions of the day. Every class has space and time for dancing freely without instructions.

And there is also an opportunity to express yourself in drawing: at every class There’s a piece of paper on the wall, on which you can freely draw while dancing, allowing the lines to be born from your movements on the paper.

You don’t need any dance training or knowledge, come as you are!

LOCATION:

Jurányi House, room 100 of the Workshop Foundation. 

You have to enter the building through the door closer to Varsányi Irén Street and go up to the fourth floor. The hall is to the right of the elevator.

CONTRIBUTION: one time HUF 5,000

5 suitable passes: HUF 15,000 (HUF 3,000 / occasion)

The pass is valid for 2 months and can also be used during the open classes of Péter Fejér and Zoltán Upor.
