Paths to Freedom

These sessions are an invitation to move. Move with your body and allow your attention to follow that movement. Move from within, outward — follow your intuition, your inner sense. Movement gives us endless and wonderful opportunities to experiment, to play, to feel joy.

At any moment, we can experience infinite freedom, because every movement has infinite possible continuations. If you focus on the limitations around or within you, you’ll find plenty.
And you may start to believe that you are limited by the things of the world.

But this dance invites you to focus on your freedoms instead — on the ever-emerging new freedoms that are born through your movements. If you are truly committed to seeking your freedom, freedom will begin to present itself to you — in a thousand forms, a thousand ways.

🔸Location: Jurányi House, Room 200 of the Műhely Foundation.
Enter the building through the door closer to Varsányi Irén Street and go up to the fourth floor. The room is to the left of the elevator. You’re welcome to arrive early — we’ll be there from 5:30 PM.

🔸Participation fee:

• Single session: 5,000 HUF

• 5-session pass: 15,000 HUF (3,000 HUF/session)
  The pass is valid for 2 months and can be used for classes with Kata Máthé and Zoltán Upor.
