Together – Movement Medicine & Cacao Ceremony

Together
Cacao Ceremony with Kata Máthé and Edina Miskei
This evening is a special opportunity to step out of your everyday routine and arrive into a supportive, accepting space where you can perceive yourself more deeply and expansively; where you can move, rest, and connect with yourself and others.
Cacao naturally helps deepen focus and enhances awareness of the body and emotions. Movement, music, and shared singing all support your arrival into a deeper presence — into the ecstasy of simply being.
What to expect:
🔅 Gentle attunement with simple, playful exercises
🔅 Opening circle, short introduction to the effects and traditions of ceremonial cacao
🔅 Guided relaxation accompanied by a shamanic drum
🔅 Drinking ceremonial cacao
🔅 Free movement and dance – no dance experience needed
🔅 Group singing and vocal expression – no singing skills required
🔅 Closing circle, sharing, and integration
The cacao we use is organic, nutrient-rich, and comes directly from Peru – from a culture where it has been part of community gatherings for centuries.
Come in comfortable clothes, bring a mug, water, and an open heart. No dance experience or knowledge is required –come as you are!
