For me, one of the greatest gifts of Movement Medicine is that it has made nature tangible in my body. The resource that comes from feeling in my body that I am made of the same stuff as the earth, the sea, and the tardigrade.
It is not an abstract fantasy that the primal elements move within me, but a scientific fact—which, with a little practice, can be experienced as reality on a physical level and is an incredible resource.
Connecting to the stability of the earth, the flow of water, the lightness of air, the power of fire. To feel that my bones provide a structure as stable as rocks. To experience that if 60% of my body is water, then it must know fluidity. To sense that there is fire in my cells when glucose is burned to give me energy. Allowing the easy flow of air in and out to be one of my invisible umbilical cords to the world. Feeling the ether, the quiet hum of wholeness in everything.
Because then we don’t have to hold everything with our muscles—we just need to let nature into our bodies and let it hold us.
The goal of these classes is not only to feel these elements in our bodies, but also to move with them. We discover how these qualities move in our bodies and how they could move even more—how we can expand our capacity with them.

As in all my classes, there will also be an opportunity for self-expression through drawing: there will be a piece of paper on the wall on which you can draw freely while dancing, allowing your movements to create lines on the paper.
We will meet on Thursdays from October 2 to December 4,
from 7:00 p.m. to 9:15 p.m.

Enter the building through the door closest to Varsányi Irén Street and go up to the fourth floor. The room is to the right of the elevator.

The participation fee is 55,000 HUF until September 10, and 70,000 HUF after that.
