Into the Soft Dark – open Movement Medicine™ class with Kata Máthé
INTO THE SOFT DARK – Moving into the soft darkness
Open Movement Medicine™ class with Kata Máthé
As the depths of winter approach, our bodies long to slow down, rest, and rediscover their natural softness. On this evening, you are invited to experience darkness not as an absence of light, but as a cozy, warm, velvety space – where you don’t have to perform, just let your body speak.
In this workshop, we will arrive in the soft darkness with gentle movements, where everything is calmer, slower, deeper.
We breathe, we dance, we feel. We make space for softness, for listening inward, and for the ancient knowledge that only reveals itself when we have the courage to slow down and pay attention—and to move from there.
This event is for you if:
• you want to connect with the softness of your body through movement • you find it difficult to slow down, but feel that an evening of “letting go” would be good for you
• you are curious about the other side of darkness—the side that protects, embraces, and holds you.
