Presence in movement
Free movement, listening inside, presence, self-expression.
We dance to arrive into ourselves: into our bodily sensations, our emotions, our wholeness. We support this arriving with simple exercises, but nothing is compulsory. It’s ok to lay down, to rest, to move slowly, or to jump high and release all the stuff that got stuck into you during the day. There’s always plenty of time and space to move freely without instructions. And there’s space to express yourself in drawing: there’s a piece of paper on the wall where you can leave marks letting the drawing emerge from your movement, from your dance.
No previous dance experience needed, come as you are!

(Movement Medicine Teacher in Training)
Movement Medicine is a movement meditation based on free dance, where the liberating energy of free movement meets the wisdom of a shamanic perspective and the new scientific and neurological knowledge about the body. By giving ourselves to the movements arising in our bodies we give space to expressing our emotions, integrating our experiences and eventually a stronger presence in ourselves and in the world.
