embodiment retreat — three days, twelve women, a beautiful landscape — and the full moon
After four years of Sisterhood, the time has come for a special retreat: three days together at the HiHekate Centre, a beautiful sanctuary in the Balaton Uplands – a few days after the autumn equinox, under the light of the full moon.
In Her Fullness is an invitation to fully inhabit and nourish your body – physically, emotionally, energetically.
To step away from the constant doing and turn your attention towards yourself: to feel the sensuality, pleasure, and aliveness within you, always there underneath all the tasks and responsibilities. To heal and nurture your body and soul – through shared practice, the space we create together as women, sauna, ritual, and the power of the landscape.
HOW WE WORK:
We create the container from practices I have gathered, studied, experienced, and refined over more than two decades of embodiment work:
– dance as a doorway to emotion, energy, and the wisdom of the body. We dance to arrive, to release, and to celebrate.
– Movement Medicine™ – trauma-informed movement meditation that supports healing processes by integrating shamanic traditions with insights from modern neuroscience.
– VITA™ (Vital Integrated Tantric Approach) somatic and tantric practices – gentle, precise, body-based work with sensuality, pleasure, and intimacy.
– Breathwork – using the breath to open what thinking cannot reach.
– Ritual – marking the threshold of the season under the full moon as we step into the next cycle of the year.
– Sauna – connecting body and landscape.
And in between: rest, nature, shared meals, silence, laughter — the unstructured time where the deepest integration happens.
WHO THIS IS FOR:
This retreat is for women who have already worked with me – in Sisterhood, on a retreat, in a group, or one-on-one. The group is intentionally small (maximum 12 participants) to allow for deep, focused work.
If we haven’t yet met in this work but you feel called to the retreat, the July Sisterhood or a private session can be a natural doorway.

WHEN:
September 25–27, 2026 — we begin in the early afternoon on Friday and close the retreat on Sunday afternoon.
